Can a Benincà operator go on my existing door?
Usually. The VN and ZED ranges are side-mounted and retrofit to most rolling curtains, and the JM range fits a standard sectional door. We check the door balance first.
What is a manual chain release for?
It lets you open a commercial rolling door by hand when the power is out. On a shop or a warehouse that is not optional, it is the difference between trading and not trading.
Do you carry spares?
The common boards and limit switches, yes. Anything else is an order, and Benincà runs slightly longer lead times than LiftMaster because it is imported from Italy.
Is it worth going 24 volt at home?
It gives you soft start and soft stop, which is noticeably quieter and easier on the door. On an attached garage it is usually worth the difference.
