International export
Consolidated out of Miami by sea, or air freight when the schedule will not wait. We handle the paperwork so the container is not the thing holding your project up.
Sea freight, consolidated or full container
LCL for a handful of doors, 20 ft and 40 ft FCL for a project. Doors ship crated, motors palletised.
Air freight when it is urgent
Motors, control boards and spares go by air routinely. Doors only when the numbers justify it.
Incoterms your side is used to
EXW, FOB Miami, CIF and DAP. Tell us which your broker works to and we quote against it.
Export documentation
Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and bill of lading. NOA and product approval paperwork where the destination asks for it.
Import duty, customs clearance and inland delivery at destination are yours unless you ask us to quote DAP.
Staying in the country
Domestic freight
Anywhere in the continental United States, crated and on a truck. This is the lane for a builder, a dealer or a property owner outside our service area who wants the product without the install.
LTL for small orders
One to a few doors, crated and shipped on a pallet, kerbside delivery.
Full truckload for a project
A development or a multi-bay commercial job, staged to your schedule.
Product only, no installation
Outside Miami-Dade, Broward and Monroe we supply and ship. Your own installer fits it.
Liftgate and appointment delivery
Available on request, priced in the freight quote rather than sprung on you at delivery.

Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum order for export?
There is no fixed minimum, but below roughly a pallet the freight starts to cost more than the goods. For a single door it is usually cheaper to buy locally. Ask us and we will tell you honestly whether it is worth shipping.
Do you export gates and gate operators?
No. Export is garage doors, rolling doors and the motors that drive them. Gate operators, dock equipment and service work stay inside our South Florida service area.
How long does it take?
Stock sizes are usually two to three weeks to be ready, made to order four to six. Sea freight from Miami to the Caribbean is typically under a week on the water, Central and South America one to three weeks depending on the port and the sailing.
Can you ship a hurricane rated door abroad?
Yes, and we can supply the Miami-Dade NOA or Florida Product Approval documentation with it. Whether your local authority accepts a Florida approval is a question for your building department, and we would rather you ask before you order.
Which Incoterms do you work to?
EXW, FOB Miami, CIF and DAP. If your broker works to something else, tell us and we will quote against it rather than making you translate.
Do you install outside South Florida?
No. We install in Miami-Dade, Broward and Monroe County only. Everywhere else, domestic or international, is supply and ship and your own installer fits it.
Can I pay in a currency other than dollars?
Quotes and invoices are in US dollars. How you fund the payment is between you and your bank.
Do you speak Spanish?
Yes. Most of this export business is Latin America and the Caribbean, and you can deal with us in Spanish end to end. This page has a Spanish version.
