North America's largest residential door maker. If you want to see a door on a photograph of your own home before you buy, this is the brand that lets you.
Single family homes, townhouses and multi-bay garages. 13 to choose from. Cards marked “Impact rated” have models that clear the Miami-Dade 175 mph requirement. Prices are installed starting prices for the smallest standard configuration, the exact figure follows a free on-site measure.

Five layers: moulded composite cladding over an insulated steel core. The timber look without the termites, rot or yearly refinishing real wood demands in Miami humidity.
The same composite-over-steel build with the cladding laid in a chevron pattern, in stains from driftwood grey to dark mahogany. A door people stop and ask about.
Genuine timber, built to order plank by plank. The most beautiful door Clopay makes and the only one here that needs refinishing on a schedule, so buy it knowing that.

Looks like a swing-out carriage door, rolls up like a normal one. Four layers, composite overlay on an insulated steel base, and the window and hardware options carry the personality.
The coastal take on the carriage look: steel base, composite overlay, finishes that tolerate salt air. A sensible pick near the water, where real wood suffers fastest.
The value route into the carriage look, with the detailing grooved into the steel rather than overlaid. Less depth up close, noticeably less on the quote.

The workhorse: short or long raised panel in one, two or three layer builds. Half the doors in any Miami neighbourhood are this door under one badge or another.
Impact rated
Carriage detailing stamped straight into insulated steel, so the look has nothing to peel or re-stick, in one of the widest colour ranges of the line.

The Florida-stock door: short panel, insulated, held in regional stock colours, which usually makes it the fastest install on this page.

Flush or grooved panels for contemporary architecture, with optional window rows. Also the base door for the plank and cypress finishes beside it.
The Modern Steel door finished as horizontal planks, wood grain over steel. Reads as timber from the kerb, shrugs off weather like paint.
Cypress grain on a flush panel, aimed at the new white-stucco Miami build that wants warmth without upkeep.
An aluminium frame holding full-height glass: clear, frosted or impact rated. Lit from inside at night it reads like a lantern, which is the point.
Storefronts, warehouses, parking entries and service buildings. 2 to choose from. Cards marked “Impact rated” have models that clear the Miami-Dade 175 mph requirement. Prices are installed starting prices for the smallest standard configuration, the exact figure follows a free on-site measure.

Canyon Ridge, Coachman, Gallery Steel, Modern Steel and Modern Steel plank, Avante, Bridgeport, Classic, Grand Harbor and Reserve Wood.
The Avante starts at $8,550 installed. It is an aluminium frame carrying full-height glass, clear, obscure or impact rated, in anodised finishes, and the VertiStack configuration is the same door set up to stack vertically against the header instead of running back along the ceiling, which is what you specify when there is no room overhead. Glass and frame finish move the price more than the size does, and in Miami-Dade the impact rating is not optional on an exterior opening.
Canyon Ridge is a composite faux-wood door that gives the look of timber with far less maintenance, a real advantage in Florida's humidity. Reserve Wood is genuine timber, custom built, with the upkeep that comes with real wood.

Our own photographs from our own jobs. These show the standard of the installation rather than one manufacturer's range, so not every door here is from Clopay. The Clopay collections are above.
