What is a jackshaft operator?
It mounts on the wall beside the door shaft and turns the shaft directly, rather than pulling the door along a ceiling rail. It is how nearly every commercial rolling door is driven, and it leaves the ceiling clear.
Can I use one brand across a whole site?

Do you service Raynor equipment you did not install?
Yes.
How often should a commercial operator be serviced?
Twice a year on a normal trading site, quarterly on a high-cycle bay. We price it per door rather than per site, so a two-door site is not subsidising a twenty-door one.
