Returns Policy
Returns on shipped items
You can return a shipped item that is new, unused and in its original box within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price.
Email info@cmcdoorservice.com or call (786) 315-9238 first and we send you the return address. Please do not send an item back without contacting us.
Return shipping
The buyer pays return shipping, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or not what you ordered. In that case we pay the return shipping and replace or refund the item, whichever you prefer.
Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the error was ours.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 working days of us receiving the return.
Installed, wired or programmed items
Items that have been installed, wired or programmed are covered by the manufacturer warranty instead of a return.
Installed work in South Florida is covered by our workmanship warranty. See our garage door warranty page for what it covers.
