Wind rating is optional, and it changes the freight
A wind rated door has heavier sections than a standard one, so it takes more crate volume and costs more to ship. A standard 16 x 7 door and a wind rated one both use the large crate, but the wind rated door bills as more revenue tons.
If the project engineer has specified a design pressure, send the figure and we match a model to it. If not, a standard door costs less to buy and to ship.
What you handle in Panama
Import duty, taxes, customs clearance and delivery from the port are yours. Confirm the amounts with your customs broker before you order, since they depend on how the goods are classified.
